Contact the support. Go Back to the Start Screen by closing the browser, click on the iZone Turbo icon with the yellow exclamation mark in the middle. The screen will now change. Select the Login tab at the bottom of the screen. Enter your iZone Turbo username and password; ensure that there is a tick in Save password.

Make Sure that you allow your antivirus or Firewall to use iZone Internet Turbo Application on your computer, Make Sure to allow iZone Internet Turbo Application to use TCP port 7000 & 5400 in the Firewall Or Antivirus Settings. Click on the iZone Turbo icon. Then click on settings. Select the Image Quality .You can now adjust the image quality accordingly. Modifying Main Settings

The Main tab shows you which iZone Turbo server you are currently using and a short status message. This screen is not interactive.

The Image Quality tab lets you select a level of quality to maintain when downloading images found on web pages. The lower the image quality setting, the faster the pages download. The images shown on this dialog show a sample of the types of images you will see at the current quality setting. The top image shows the typical quality of GIF-format images and the bottom image shows the typical quality of JPEG-format images.

The Connection tab is where you must enter the location of the iZone Turbo Acceleration Server. This information should be available from iZone Turbo. You may also choose whether to enable compression of Macromedia Flash animation, and whether iZone Turbo should attempt to block advertisements found in web pages.

The Login tab is where you must enter the username and password that are used to connect to the iZone Turbo Acceleration Server. This information should also be provided for you by iZone Turbo.

Once you have entered all the required information you are ready to start using the acceleration service.

Under normal circumstances you should now be ready to start browsing the internet at an accelerated speed. The application will operate in the background accelerating any internet browsing as required.

To view statistics on how much data is being transferred across the iZone Turbo connection you may select Statistics from the main menu at any time.

If you desire to stop the application, select Stop iZone Turbo from the pop-up menu, or if you desire to exit the application completely, click Exit from the pop-up menu.

If, for some reason, iZone Turbo cannot connect to the Acceleration Server you will see a popup message informing you of the failure. You may choose to view details about this failure or simply dismiss the popup. In the event of an error the iZone Turbo service is automatically disabled.

Use the uninstall icon under programs > iZone Internet Turbo > Uninstall iZone Internet Turbo If you are using oracle based applications, you need to install a hotfix to resolve your problem.
